No Refunds After Purchase
Due to high fulfillment and shipping costs, all purchases are final and non-refundable once placed.
Store Credit Eligibility
Store credit may be issued under the following conditions:
- The order has not yet been shipped
- Products arrive damaged
- Shipping takes longer than 60 days from the date of dispatch
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur during high-demand seasons or international customs processing. If an order exceeds 60 days in transit, you may be eligible for a store credit refund.
