However, we primarily use Intelcom, Purolator, and UPS for faster and more reliable delivery times across Canada.
Canada Post is used only for PO Box addresses, as other carriers cannot deliver to those.

Yes — Canada Post is currently on rotating strike, which has caused major delivery delays, often taking over twice as long as normal.
Because of this, we are not using Canada Post for most shipments until service returns to normal.
If you have a PO Box, your order will still be shipped through Canada Post as no other carrier can deliver there.

No — we currently don’t offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our Ontario facility for faster and more secure processing.
